I am privileged to enjoy excellent medical care at UCSF in my home town of San Francisco. However, after a recent holiday visit to my sister's in Madison, CT, I discovered Stony Creek Urgent Care. I dare say the bar has been raised to a new standard.

Suffice it to say, I was duly impressed, everyone was very competent and caring. You are to be commended for not only filling a void in our medical world whereby one can walk in to a facility and be seen immediately, but for hiring an exemplary staff who makes it very simple to seek medical care, regardless the date or problem.

I wish you all the best in the New Year and know many people will benefit from your fine service.

I recently visited your Urgent Care Center. I was amazed how wonderful the staff was. From the receptionist to the PA. The nurses were wonderful, very friendly and caring. Ellen Majors was the PA on call. I had a fever of over 103 and felt terrible. She quickly took care of me. She was very professional yet so caring. Maria was the nurse that assisted her who went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable the whole time I was there and she even followed-up the next morning with a call. Unfortunately, there was a young nurse there with blond hair, I forgot her name. She also was outstanding.

My husband got nervous on Monday afternoon and called and spoke to you. He said you were as professional and kind as your staff.

Thank you for making a miserable situation bearable. An outstanding staff!!

I was an emergency patient in your office on Monday Sept 28 with a severe cut from a saw. I first want to apologize for not writing this sooner, but I know you are a busy man, and probably dont have time to read emails all too often.

I just wanted to personaly thank you and your staff for a service that was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I walked in to the lobby, to the time I walked out with 23 stiches in my face, there was nothing but careing and concern from everyone in your office. The attention and care you gave me resulted in amazment from everyone who saw me before the accident, and now three weeks later, as I have very little noticable scars.

I could not have had a better experience if I tried to, and i thought you should know that there are still people out there who appreciate a caring proffesional man such as yourself. I cant thank you enough! Wonderful Wonderful Job!!! In the small chance I may be able to help you some time, in any way, .......I would be honored.

I have been meaning to write you a not thanking you for taking good care of me when I presented one Sunday morning a few weeks ago with a scalp wound. You may not remember, but you placed 15 staples. I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with my first visit today to Stony Creek Urgent Care.Relocating back to CT with no doctor or, insurance made me put off medical care. I finally searched the Internet for an urgent care facility, and chose yours. I am so glad that I did. The staff was friendly, the wait was minimal, the cost was far less than an emergency room visit, and Dr. Young was excellent and very helpful. I would recommend Stony Creek Urgent Care to anyone who needs quality and affordable treatment.

Hi Dr.Young,
Sorry I didn't call...I felt so good we were back out the next day visiting family and left for California early the following morning. Your treatment did the trick. That evening I still had a few MUCH less painful waves but once I took the evening meds and woke up the next day I felt fine.....of course there were no more Frisbee games during my trip (OR anytime soon either)

Dear Dr. Young,
I just wanted to thank you for the care you provided my wife 8/13 for her nausea. Being seven months pregnant she was very worried about any kind of medication but was put at ease by the friendly environment and care. Thanks to you, the rest of the drive went without a hitch and our return home went very smoothly. Our son Evan was born on 10/15 and is now asserting his dominance in our house.
